All KASHO shears are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the shear. All shears come with free lifetime parts, when using our sharpening service. Warranty void if shear has been abused or neglected, such as corrosion from poor maintenance or nicks on the blade.
One complimentary sharpening coupon is included with the shear purchase. Warranty is void if shear has been serviced or sharpened by anyone other than the KASHO Service Center.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order are currently being shipped on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays by 11:00 AM. Any orders received after 11:00 AM will ship the following ship day. We ship via UPS Ground. Depending on your location, UPS Ground can take up to 5-7 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States.
If you are not fully satisfied with your shear or item you may return within 15 days of purchase. Damaged shears are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Must be in original packaging and contain all original items: oil pens, warranty card, etc. Proof of purchase is required.

Notify us that you would like to return or exchange your item.
We will create a return authorization number and email a UPS label for you to print and ship back your item.
When the item is received we will inspect it, and notify you if the 15% restocking fee applies.
Once inspection is complete we will process the refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.
